Saturday

10:00am -12:00 pm Video Analysis, ARMory Strong Lower Body Weight Training, Terminal Acceleration drills,

12:00 – 1:00 Lunch

1:00 – 1:45 Differential learning, How to Change a Movement Pattern,

1:45 – 2:05 Durathro Training Sock Demonstration, video and presentation,

2:05 – 2:30 Connection ball demonstration and drills

2:30 – 3:20 Essence of command, long toss, weighted balls, recover, effective velocity, spin rate awareness and management

3:20 – 4:10 Superhuman Workout # 2

4:10 – 5:00 Arm Care, Group mobility exercises

Sunday

9:00am  – 10:00am Adding mass you can move, ARMory Strong, Rocket Fuel Nutrition, Hardcore Fusion/Broga, Mental Warfare

10:00am – 12:00pm Lower half and specialty drills, hip mobility, ARMory Strong Upper Body Workout, Body Composition Assessments

12:00pm – 12:30 21 Day written plans distributed and explained (throwing, mobility, strengthening)

12:30pm – 1:30pm Superhuman Workout #3

1:30pm – 2:00pm  Closing Comments.
