By opting-in to The ARMory Power Pitching Academy (“The ARMory”) SMS service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, as well as our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our SMS service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time and will post such changes here. By continuing to use the service after The ARMory posts any such changes, you agree to be bound by the modified terms. If you do not agree to any change, you must immediately stop using the service following the instructions provided below. Please review the Terms of Service regularly for updates and changes. Data obtained from you in connection with this service may include Personal Information. Please see our Privacy Policy regarding what information may be collected and how such information may be used by us. Upon opting-in to our SMS subscription service, you will receive SMS messages on behalf of The ARMory regarding our events, product launches, as well as promotions,coupons, ideas from Randy Sullivan that he things will be helpful for you to know about, until you opt-out. The number of messages that you receive through the service will vary between 3 and 10 but never more than 30 per month.

 

You can always cancel this service at any time by texting the word “STOP” to 813-701-2029. You may also reply “STOP” to any message you receive from us. Upon receipt of your “STOP” message, we will send you a SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. At that point, you will no longer receive any further SMS messages from The ARMory. If in the future you decide to join the service again, please text START to opt back into this service.

 

If you need any assistance, you can always text the word “HELP” to 813-701-2029 or reply “HELP” to any message you receive from us. Upon receipt of your “HELP” message, we will respond with “STOP” instructions and a link to these Terms of Service.

 

Our service is available through the following participating carriers: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, T-Mobile, Boost, US Cellular, Virgin Mobile and Alltel.The ARMory does not charge for this service as it is 100% FREE to join however your phone carrier may charge you to recieve (incomming) or to send (outgoing) sms “text” messages. Please check with your carrier and/or review your service agreement with your carrier. If you have any questions regarding those rates, please contact your wireless carrier.

 

The ARMory will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS message. Our SMS service is provided on an “as is” basis, without warranties of any kind. You acknowledge and agree that SMS message content is transmitted unencrypted and that eavesdropping of wireless communications, including SMS messages, by third parties is possible.
