My son is not really a pitcher. Would he still benefit from the program?

Yes. A power arm is a power arm anywhere on the diamond! This program will turn any player into a prolific thrower. Additionally, the speed, agility, power, and explosiveness he will gain will be reflected in all areas of the game

Is it safe?

Yes. While no program can guarantee freedom from injury, our staff is highly skilled at designing protocols to significantly reduce that risk. All individualized plans are created by our owner, a licensed and practicing physical therapist with over 19 years of experience. Safety of every player is our utmost concern. By teaching efficient movement patterns, ensuring an effective total body warm-up, and periodizing our workouts, we have a sensible approach to achieving gains while reducing the risk of injury.

How long is each session?

Our training sessions usually last between 2 and 3 hours and involve a total body warm-up followed by a series of throwing drills. We then include a 30-60 minute workout employing pitcher specific exercises. This is followed a 15-20 minute arm care cool down period.

How much does it cost?

Our clients agree that our rates are very reasonable. Your first session is free to allow us to evaluate if we are a good match for each other. After that the fees are structured to ensure affordability to every dedicated athlete. Our sessions are much less expensive than the average traditional pitching lesson.

My son plays on a high school or travel ball team. Can he still achieve the necessary gains?

Most of our clients participate on various teams. We recommend attending our sessions at least twice per week to maximize your gains; however, we also understand that there are going to be other events that preclude attendance. We modulate the intensity of each player’s workout based on his recent and projected game workload.
